I am happy to accept returns on regular items (no returns on special orders or sale items). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple guidelines to make a return:
All returned merchandise must not have been worn and should be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered/undamaged state within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If a package arrives to you damaged, you must notify me within 48 hours of arrival. Please email a picture of the damage, and if available, a replacement will be sent to you upon my receipt of the damaged item. If a replacement is not possible, you will be issued a refund upon my receipt of the damaged item.
Please note: For health/hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns for earrings.
EU Directive on Consumer Rights:
Buyers residing in the EU countries have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item. However, if this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day. You can choose to withdraw from your order for any reason within this timeframe - even if you simply change your mind.

Please note that you may not use goods that you have received before deciding to withdraw from the purchase. The right to withdraw exists to allow you to examine the product in the same way as you would in a shop. Goods should be returned in a completely unaltered, undamaged and unused state. Please use the original protective packaging for a safe return.
Upon return and an examination of the returned goods, you will be issued a full refund including shipping paid by you to receive the goods.

Non-Receipt of Item
If you do not receive your order, check the tracking number and contact your local post office. Talk to your neighbors or friends to see if they might have it. If not, contact me and I will file a claim. We will discuss getting you a new item.
I can not replace or refund any items that are marked "delivered" by the USPS tracking system.
